We take pride in providing quality products and a positive shopping experience. Please carefully review our return and refund policy before placing your order.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept eligible return requests made within 7 calendar days of the confirmed delivery date.
To qualify for a return:
Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
All original tags, accessories, and packaging must be included.
Items must be free of stains, odors, makeup, damage, or signs of use.
Proof of purchase or an order number must be provided.
Customers must contact us and receive return authorization before shipping any items back.
Items that do not meet these requirements may be denied a refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality-control reasons, the following items are not eligible for ordinary returns:
Hair extensions or hair products that have been worn, installed, washed, altered, or removed from their original protective packaging.
Jewelry that has been worn or used.
Items marked Final Sale at the time of purchase.
Gift cards, if offered.
These restrictions do not limit any rights customers may have regarding defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied merchandise.
3. How to Request a Return
To begin a return, please email:

Include:
Your full name
Order number
Product being returned
Reason for return
Clear photographs if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if your item qualifies.
Please do not mail any merchandise back without receiving return authorization.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used at checkout.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be initiated within 5 business days of approval.
Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.
We do not issue cash refunds or transfer refunds to a different payment method.
Original shipping charges are generally nonrefundable for ordinary returns, except where required by law or where the refund results from our error.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for ordinary returns.
We recommend using a shipping service with tracking, as customers are responsible for ensuring their return reaches us.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, BodyRight By Sin will provide an appropriate remedy, including return shipping at our expense when a return is required.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your merchandise arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photographs of the issue.
We will review your concern and arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
The 48-hour reporting request does not eliminate applicable legal rights.
7. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
Customers may request a return for eligible merchandise and place a separate order for their preferred item, size, or color.
All replacement purchases are subject to current inventory availability.
8. Processing and Delivery
Return eligibility is determined by the condition of the merchandise and compliance with this policy.
Items returned without authorization, outside the eligible return period, or in unacceptable condition may be refused, subject to applicable law.
